How to cook the dough on kefir
To make the dough on kefir for the cabbage pie, we must take the following components:
- ½ Liter of kefir;
- 200 g butter of margarine;
- 2 eggs;

- 600 g flour;

Clean the onions from the husk, finely chop and fry in vegetable oil. Eggs hard boil, cool, peel and chop with a knife. Carrots peel, wash and slice, together with white cabbage. Combine all ingredients, add sugar to taste and salt, then mix well.
