Ingredients for rabbit:

  • 1 carcass of a young rabbit;
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise;
  • 1 tbsp olive oil;
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce;
  • 1 tbsp. of honey;
  • 1 tsp mustard with seeds of grain;
  • granulated garlic;
  • salt, pepper, herbes de Provence.

Ingredients for vegetables:

  • 0,7 kg of potatoes;
  • 2 bell peppers;
  • 2 bulbs;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 2 tbsp olive oil;
  • 3 Bay leaf;
  • 10 peppers and peas;
  • 5 sprigs of dill;
  • salt and thyme.

Preparation:

  1. The rabbit washed and cut into portions.
  2. In a saucepan combine and mix soy sauce, mayonnaise, oil, honey, mustard with seeds, herbes de Provence and salt. This mass will be a great marinade.
  3. Pieces of meat liberally with marinade, put in saucepan, lightly tamping, cover and leave to marinate 3-4 hours at room temperature.
