To prepare a raw food version of the "herring" under a fur coat, you will need the following products:

- 1 large carrot;
- 1 large beet;
- 1 avocado;
- 200 grams of mushrooms;
- 1-2 zucchini;
- 1 large head red onion;
3-4 dried sheet of nori seaweed;
- greens;
- lemon juice;
- sea salt;
- spices to taste.
