You will need
  • - 500 grams of white cabbage;
  • - one red onion medium size;
  • - 100 grams butter;
  • six tablespoons of flour;
  • - two eggs;
  • - four tablespoons of thick cream;
  • - teaspoon of baking powder;
  • - 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Cabbage cut into thin strips, onion thin half-rings. These products mix in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, grind a little with your hands and set for 10 minutes (during this time the vegetables will be softer and let the juice).
In the bowl multivarki put the butter and melt it. Next, put in oil, chopped vegetables, close the lid of the kitchen appliance and set the mode "roasting" for about 12-15 minutes. After five minutes, open the lid multivarki, stir the contents and close the cover again. During frying, the cabbage should be lightly browned, but in any case not to burn.
While fried cabbage, sift in separate bowl the flour, add the eggs (they need a good whip), sour cream, baking powder, a little salt and stir until smooth. In the end, the dough should be on density as sour cream average fat content. If the dough is too thick, you can add a couple tablespoons of milk and stir.
As soon as you hear the signal of end of cooking, open the lid multivarki, stir the cabbage again and add the previously prepared dough. Install on a kitchen device mode "baking" for 40 minutes.
Over time, when you hear the tone of the dishes, turn off the slow cooker, but do not open its cover for about 15 minutes (during this time, the cake comes).
Ready-made pastries place on tray or flat dish, cut into serving pieces and serve hot. Optionally the cake can be decorated with chopped greens.
