Recipe for chocolate cream cocoa

You will need:

- 100 grams butter;

- 100 ml of milk;

- a Cup of sugar;

three tablespoons cocoa;

- two tablespoons of flour.

Cooking

Cut butter in small pieces, put it in a saucepan and put on fire (the fire should be minimal).

Once the butter is melted, add the sugar, flour and cocoa, mix thoroughly.

Pour in the milk mixture and, stirring constantly, cook the cream until thick (about 10 minutes). The finished cream remove from heat, whisk and refrigerate.

Cream with cocoa for the cake

You will need:

- three eggs;

- 400 grams of butter;

- a sachet of vanilla sugar;

three tablespoons cocoa;

- teaspoon of cognac;

- 100 ml of water;

- two tablespoons of sugar.

Cooking

In a metal bowl, mix water with sugar, put the bowl on the heat and bring the mixture to a boil.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until fluffy dense foam (they should increase in volume about three times).

Once the eggs are whipped, not stopping to whisk, pour in the mass of a thin stream of hot sugar syrup.

Mix butter, vanilla sugar, cocoa and brandy, combine the mixture with the eggs. The cream is ready.

Cream of cocoa and sour cream

You will need:

- 100 ml sour cream;

- 100 grams of powdered sugar;

- 50 gram cocoa;

- 10 grams of gelatin.

Cooking

Sour cream refrigerate, and then mix it with the icing sugar and cocoa and whisk thoroughly with a mixer.

Gelatin dissolve in 30 ml of water, mix it with sour cream mass. Pour the cream in molds and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
