Chops, oven baked with cheese and mushrooms



You will need:

- beef tenderloin – 500 g;
- mushrooms – 200 g;
- sour cream – 100 g;
- hard cheese – 100-150 g;
- onion – 1 PC.;
- dark balsamic vinegar;
- salt, pepper, spices – to taste.

Slice the beef fillet portioned pieces. Repel the pieces of the tenderloin on both sides. Meat tenderizer is better, pre-wrapping it with cling film.


RUB chops with pepper and seasonings. Salt can immediately or directly before frying. Add the vinegar and leave to infuse for one hour.

While the meat is marinating, boil the mushrooms. Drain the water. Finely slice the mushrooms and fry them in a pan with onions. Pour in the mushrooms, sour cream, salt, pepper and leave to stew for 20 minutes.

Prepare a baking pan. Put her in the chops, pour a small amount of water so the meat does not burnt. Bake the chops for fifteen minutes in the oven.

Remove from the oven the meat, remove the excess fluid. Lay chops on top of mushrooms with sour cream, grate cheese. Remove the chops again in the oven. Bake the meat on medium heat for 5-10 minutes.

Chops fried in cheese batter

For the preparation you will need:

- meat – 400 g;
- breadcrumbs – 100-150 g;
- cheese – 200 g;
- flour;
- chicken eggs – 2 PCs.;
- salt-black pepper – to taste;
- vegetable oil.

Slice the meat into small thin pieces. Repel each piece on both sides. Salt and pepper the meat. Grate cheese. In bowl combine cheese with the breadcrumbs. Instead of breadcrumbs you can use unsweetened cornflakes.

Every piece of meat before frying obvalivat in flour, then in egg, then in the prepared breadcrumbs. Fry chops on both sides in a hot pan in vegetable oil until Golden crisp.

Chops with cheese and tomatoes



You will need:

- beef tenderloin – 600 g;
- tomatoes – 2 PCs.;
- cheese – 100-200 g;
- eggs – 2 PCs.;
- flour – 50 g;
- greens;
- vegetable oil;
- salt, ground pepper.

Cut the meat into pieces with a thickness of not more than 2 inches. Wrap the pieces in cling film and repel on both sides. Roll meat in flour, dip in beaten eggs. Lightly fry from both sides of the chops in the pan.

Put the fried chops on a baking sheet. You can cover the pan thinly sliced onions. Chops on top put the chopped leaves and sliced tomato, salt and pepper dish. Grate cheese. Sprinkle it on the chops.

Put the baking sheet in preheated oven and bake the chops for 10 minutes.
