50 grams of butter should be melted in a saucepan and add two tablespoons of vegetable oil (preferably olive). Gradually need to mix the flour in the amount of two tablespoons, to avoid the formation of lumps. Then gradually to pour 800 ml of milk, add salt and other spices. Mushrooms (champignons) wash, cut and fry in butter with onions, roughly chopped. Season with salt and pepper. Add the mushrooms to the sauce. Grate hard cheese.
