You will need
- minced meat;
- spaghetti – 300 g;
- carrots – 1 piece;
- onion – 1 piece;
- celery;
- garlic – 4 cloves;
- cream – 60 ml;
- olive oil;
- greens;
- fresh tomatoes – 5 PCs;
- red wine – 60 ml;
- ground black pepper, and salt.

Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds and then quickly into cold water. Then remove them and peel. Loop in a blender or grinder.

Finely chop the carrots, onion and celery. Mix chopped ingredients and saute them until soft on low heat.

Put the ground beef, divide it into small pieces and mix. Fry the mixture for spaghetti Bolognese for 10 minutes, then pepper and salt.

Turn up the heat and pour in the wine. Add the tomatoes, cover the pan with a lid and simmer for another 20 minutes. Next, put the crushed garlic, chopped herbs, pour in the cream and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Pour into a large pot of water, the sunflower and let boil. Pour the spaghetti and boil them on high heat for 10 minutes. Try not to tenderize. Then drain spaghetti in a colander.

Put spaghetti on plates, pour them on top of the Bolognese sauce. If desired sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve this dish hot.
Note
For this dish will suit almost any pasta. Fresh tomatoes in the pasta Bolognese recipe you can substitute tomato puree or canned in its own juice.
Useful advice
In addition to spaghetti, Bolognese sauce can be served with mashed potatoes, but it will not be a traditional recipe for pasta Bolognese.
