You will need
  • - 300 g flour;
  • - 150 g chilled butter;
  • - 50 ml of milk fat content of from 2.5 to 3.5 %;
  • - 3/4 teaspoon of salt.
Instruction
1
First refrigerate the butter up to the point that it is not pressed in the hand. As soon as it is cold grate it in a bowl on a large grater so that it does not have time to melt.
2
Mix the flour with salt, sift this mixture into the bowl with grated butter. Then grind this mixture with your hands into fine crumbs.
3
Gradually pour the resulting crumbs cold milk (before cooking better hold it in freezer for 20 minutes) and knead the dough. In the end, you should have a very plastic mass, but watery.
4
Wrap the dough in a plastic bag and put it on for one hour in the freezer to make it cooled.
5
Once the specified time passes - remove the dough from the camera, put it on the work surface and using a rolling pin roll it so that its thickness was not more than 0.5 cm (ideal thickness of 2-3 mm). The special molds (you can use a regular knife) cut out the cookies. If you use the knife, then it is possible to experiment and to carve figurines in the form of a circle, square, rectangle, Christmas tree, heart etc.
6
Prepare a baking sheet: cover it with parchment, and the parchment on top of flour. Place on a baking sheet prepared figures. Prick each piece with a fork and RUB salt milk (for 10 ml of milk 0.5 teaspoon of coarse salt).
7
Bake biscuits in the oven about 15 minutes, adjusting the temperature of 190-200 degrees.
