- mushrooms — 500 g;
- ground black pepper — to taste;
- ground pepper — 2 tsp;
- garlic — 4 cloves;
- sour cream 20% — 7 tbsp;
- salt — to taste;
- chicken — 1 PC.
Wash the chicken in cold running water, free from all the excess with a sharp knife and cut into pieces. Pieces lay out in any deep container, sprinkle with salt and pepper. The amount of pepper and salt and adjust based on personal preference.
Add the sour cream and use clean hands to thoroughly mix the pieces of meat so that the sauce enveloped them from all sides. Cover the container and place in the fridge for half an hour. If time is available in abundance, then soak the meat in the marinade throughout the night.
Rinse the mushrooms in water and place them in a baking dish. Spread out between the mushrooms previously cleaned garlic cloves. Pepper and salt to taste.
Place marinated mushrooms on top of chicken pieces. Sprinkle the top with paprika. Cover the form with foil and place in preheated to 250oC oven.
Keep the dish in the oven for half an hour. Next remove the foil and bake another 15 minutes until tender. Specsas the chicken is browned.
Serve the finished chicken with mushrooms to the table hot along with, for example, boiled in their skins potatoes, cream sauce, light vegetable salad and slices of black or white bread.
