You will need
  • Two servings of dessert:
  • - 600 g frozen or fresh berries;
  • - 240 ml of water;
  • - 50 g of red currant;
  • - 4 tbsp Greek yogurt;
  • - 3 tbsp oat flour;
  • - 4 teaspoons of honey.
If you for dessert had frozen berries, first defrost them, the released juice can not drain - it will not spoil the dessert. Fresh berries sort, wash. Crush prepared berries using a blender, then RUB through a fine sieve.
Pour oat flour 240 ml of boiling water, let stand for 10 minutes so that all the water is absorbed and a thick mass. Mix berry puree with 4 teaspoons of honey, Greek yogurt and soaked oatmeal. Mix until smooth. The resulting mass is again run blender, sieve it through a second time.
Pour the finished oatmeal and berry dessert with yogurt for kremanku or batch bowl, place the bowl in the fridge, so dessert has thickened. It should not thicken too much - just a little grab. Preferred this dessert to cook in the evening, then to submit a healthy treat for Breakfast.
Before serving, decorate the dessert with sprigs of fresh red currants or other berries in its sole discretion. As the decoration of the dessert, you can use the leaves fresh mint, and chocolate or coconut.
