Homemade lemonade with ginger


Homemade lemonade does not go to any comparison with store-bought, besides being prepared quickly. For its preparation requires a minimum of ingredients. The lemonade is prepared from various berries, fruits – which are on hand. Good thirst quencher and is a source of vitamins a ginger lemonade.

Want to treat family a wonderful drink − stock up on ginger root, lemon, boiled water, mint. To get a half liter of the beverage, you will need:
−small root (4 cm) of ginger;
−one lemon;
-1,5 liters of boiled water;
−mint leaves;
−sugar or honey to taste.
Mint gives the drink a rich spicy flavor.


Peel the ginger, cut into small pieces, cover with cold water (1 Cup) and boil for 2-4 minutes, no more cool, in a decoction of ginger to throw the mint leaves. While the ginger cools down, squeeze the juice of lemon. Suitable for this procedure, an ordinary citrus juicer. If not, you can squeeze the juice from the fruit with a fork.

Take the jar (it can be any glass vessel) with a volume of 1.5 liters, pour the strained broth of ginger, put a few pieces of beauty in the vessel, fill it to the top of boiled cold water, add lemon juice, sugar or honey as a sweetener. Remember, honey is allergenic product, children need to give it carefully. If the lemonade will drink kids, it is better to use sugar.

A recipe for gourmets


You can prepare the lemonade with ginger and otherwise. The ingredients are the same, the cooking method is different. Grated on a fine grater ginger (50 g), lemon juice (you can add chopped rind), sugar − add to the pot, cover with water, throw some stuff cloves, then boil it. When the concoction comes to a boil, reduce to low and cook for about 15 minutes.

Ready to drink, strain and leave to cool for 10-12 hours. In the chilled lemonade, add crushed ice, you can do without it, just refrigerate.

A cocktail of ginger


The recipe is very quick preparing the cocktail of ginger. Take:
−one lemon;
−small piece of ginger;
-6 tablespoons of sugar;
-0,5 sparkling mineral water;
−crushed ice;
−mint.
Prepare fresh grated ginger and lemon juice, add sugar, give a few minutes to infuse. Prepare the ice – crush it in a blender. In a tall recipe glass put the mint leaves, mash them, add syrup of ginger with lemon, crushed ice, pour mineral water, lemonade ready.
