- water – 10 ml;
butter – 10 g;
- ground cloves – 5 g;
rum – 50 ml;
- star anise – pinch;
- light raisins – 20 g;
- ground ginger - g;
- lemon zest - g;
- vanilla - 5 g;
- powdered sugar – 30 g;
- raspberry syrup – 10 ml;
cinnamon - 1 stick.

Take a small frying pan, pour there sugar and pour water. Put it in the fire and bring to a boil. Immediately enter in a mixture of cloves, star anise, vanilla and a cinnamon stick. Mix all and place on the fire until, until a homogeneous powdered mass.

Wash the Apple and pear. Peel and cut out the core. Cut the fruit into equal slices. Put them in the pan with the caramel, add the butter and raisins.
