Apples in Chinese

- lemon juice;
- 80 g of flour;

- 3 egg whites;
- 100 g of milk;

Apples wash, peel, remove the core. Slice the fruits into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. In a saucepan or deep skillet heat the vegetable oil.

Prepare the batter. In a bowl mix the flour and starch, separately whisk the milk and egg whites. Pour the milk mixture into the flour and stir to combine. Dip the Apple slices into the batter and then fry in hot oil until Golden brown. Spoon apples on a plate lined with paper towel to soak up excess fat. Keep the product warm.

In a saucepan dissolve sugar in water, bring the mixture to a boil and simmer until it becomes Golden brown. Add in caramel, sesame seed and mix. Apple slices alternately immerse into hot caramel and lay out on a plate greased with butter or oil. Serve immediately. For each serving deserve a Cup of cold water. Dip it in the caramel apples to harden.
Do not skimp on the oil, otherwise the Apple slices stick to the plate.

Apples on a stick

- 150 g of sugar;
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
