Spicy cherry liqueur




To prepare the liquor for this recipe, you will need the following components:
- 1 kg ripe cherries;
- 500 g of sugar;
- 1 g of vanillin;
- cinnamon stick;
- a pinch of nutmeg;
- 700 grams of vodka.


Wash the cherries and place it in a glass jar, cover with sugar and spices, shake well. Close the jar with cherries nylon cover and leave in a dark place. Ten days in a jar, add vodka and remove it for a month, then strain and pour the liquor bottles.

- 2.5 kg of cherries;
- 0,5 l of water;
- 0.5 liters of vodka;
- 1 kg of sugar;
- 25 g of gelling sugar.


Try fresh cherries, clean it from stalks and wash in cold water. From the treated fruit remove seeds using the juicer squeeze the juice from the berries.
Liquor is usually put on the table to dessert dishes, tea or coffee.



Cherry juice put water, sugar and produced substance. Place a container with this mixture on medium heat and bring to a boil, then boil for ten minutes, stirring constantly to dissolve sugar. Then turn off the heat, add the cherry drink vodka and stir. When the liquor has cooled, pour it in bottles and store in a cool place. Before serving, a bottle of liquor need a good shake.


Cherry liqueur with lemon juice




A very simple way of cooking liquor from the cherries, for it you will need:
- 300 g cherries;
- 200 g cherry leaves;
- 1,5 l of water;
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice;
- 2 kg of sugar;
- 1 liter of vodka.
Pure liquor is drunk in one gulp from the glasses capacity 25 ml.



Pour the cleaned cherries and leaves with water, boil for ten minutes, then add the lemon juice and leave to infuse under the lid.
