You will need
  • pink salmon – 1 kg
  • carrot – 1 PC.;
  • cheese varieties – 100 g,
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp,
  • salt – a pinch
  • the black pepper powder.
Carcass gut, cut the head and tail part. You can use them for soup. The middle part of the fish divide into three pieces. From each part, remove bone. Run the incision from the side of the ridge, hands, gently separate the halves. Better to do it with the fish not completely thawed.
Take a dish, put on it slices of salmon, skin down. Salt, or drizzle with lemon juice and pepper. You can do both.
The fish pieces put the grated carrots, grease with mayonnaise. The next layer is grated cheese. Mayonnaise a little dilute with water, spread on top of cheese.
Place dish with fish on rack in the microwave. Cook for 15 minutes. Do not remove the pink immediately after the beep of the microwave. Let stand for five minutes.
