You will need
    • For pasta Carbonara:
    • 300 g pasta,
    • 100 g of bacon
    • 100 g of grated Parmesan,
    • 3 tbsp heavy cream or milk
    • 3 eggs
    • 2 tbsp. olive oil
    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • salt
    • ground black pepper,
    • Basil.
    • Pasta with bacon and cheese in tomato sauce:
    • 250 g pasta,
    • 300-400 g peeled tomatoes,
    • 50 g of hard cheese
    • 70-100 g of bacon,
    • 1 red onion,
    • 2 cloves garlic,
    • parsley,
    • olive oil,
    • red pepper,
    • salt.
    • Spaghetti with bacon and cherry tomatoes:
    • 250 g spaghetti
    • 100 g bacon
    • 1 clove of minced garlic,
    • 200 g of cherry tomatoes
    • 100 g canned green peas,
    • 100 g of lettuce,
    • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
    • salt
    • pepper
    • Pasta with cheese and mushrooms in a cream sauce:
    • 300 g of pasta
    • 200 g mushrooms,
    • 50-70 g of bacon,
    • 2 tbsp. flour
    • 0.5 liters of cream (10%),
    • Parmesan,
    • olive oil,
    • butter,
    • Basil.
Pasta Carbonara

Slice the bacon in small pieces, heat in a pan olive oil fry the bacon and place it in a separate bowl. Chop the garlic and lightly fry it in the fat from the bacon. Grate Parmesan on a small grater.
Wash eggs, separate the whites from the yolks, whisk the egg yolks with the cream and most of the Parmesan (about 2/3), add the bacon and garlic. Boil in a saucepan 3 liters of water, add salt, put in boiling water the pasta and cook until tender. Drain and mix the pasta with the sauce until they have cooled, sprinkle with Parmesan, pepper and salt to taste, garnish the dish with fresh Basil.
Pasta with bacon and cheese in tomato sauce

Heat a deep frying pan or saucepan with olive oil, fry the bacon until crisp, add the onion, garlic and red pepper, stir. Coarsely chop tomatoes, add salt, pepper and add to skillet to bacon. Bring the sauce to a boil and simmer for about 15 minutes on low heat.
Boil 2.5 liters of water, add salt, cook pasta, drain. Combine pasta and sauce and cook until until the sauce thickens.
RUB on a small grater cheese, sprinkle it on the finished pasta, add the parsley to taste.
Spaghetti with bacon and cherry tomatoes

Grate cheese on a fine grater, slice the bacon into thin slices and fry in a dry pan, chop the garlic. Cut the tomatoes in half, add the garlic and tomatoes to the bacon, season with salt and pepper, cook for another 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Boil 2.5 liters of water, add salt, cook spaghetti 1 minute less than directed on the pack, drain the water. Cut the stalks of lettuces, mix it with spaghetti, add the peas and bacon with tomatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese
Pasta with cheese, bacon and mushrooms in a creamy sauce

Boil pasta in boiling salted water for 1 minute less than instructed on the package, drain. Put the paste on a slice of butter. Grate the cheese, slice the mushrooms large longitudinal slices, cook mushrooms in boiling salted water.
Slice the bacon into thin slices, fry in olive oil, add the boiled mushrooms. Pour the bacon and mushrooms and cream, stir. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cream thickens, make sure that the sauce does not boil. Add the Basil, grated cheese, mix the sauce and pasta.
