You will need
    • For the first recipe:
    • chops – 6 pieces;
    • vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon;
    • onion – 1 piece;
    • flour – 1 tablespoon;
    • tomato paste – 2 tablespoons;
    • water – 1 Cup;
    • salt;
    • spices.
    • For the second recipe:
    • burgers – 4 pieces;
    • onion – 1 piece;
    • mushroom bouillon cube – 1 piece;
    • water – 0.5 cups;
    • sour cream – 2 tablespoons;
    • salt;
    • spices.
    • For the third recipe:
    • burgers – 4 pieces;
    • mushrooms – 4 pieces;
    • onion – 1 piece;
    • sour cream – 1 tablespoon;
    • mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon;
    • water – 0.5 cups;
    • garlic – 1 clove;
    • salt.

To prepare meatballs with tomato gravy, fry the meatballs in vegetable oil on both sides until soft and place them in a bowl.
Place on the pan you removed the chicken, diced onions and lightly sauté. Add to frying onions one tablespoon of flour, stirring the contents of the pan so that the flour does not form lumps, and mingled with oil.
Add to the mix the tomato paste, mix it with onions and flour. Pour into the pan a glass of hot boiled water, add salt and spices to taste. Put meatballs in gravy and loosely cover the pan with a lid. Simmer meatballs with gravy fifteen minutes on low heat.

A good sauce for meatballs will work if you add sour cream. To prepare the cutlets in cream sauce place the cutlets on a heated pan and start to fry.
In another pan brown diced onions. In half Cup of hot boiled water dissolve mushroom bouillon cube and pour water into the pan with fried onions. Add to the pan two tablespoons of sour cream, salt and spices. Bring the sauce to a boil, reduce heat and keep the pan on low heat for five minutes.
Pour the sauce into the pan with the cutlets, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for ten minutes.

Mushroom sauce, most often, preparing for potato patties. However, meat patties is also good with mushroom gravy. For cooking, wash four medium-sized mushrooms, slice them and fry in vegetable oil. Finely chop small onion and add it to the pan with the mushrooms. Lightly fry the onion to become translucent.
Add to the pan a tablespoon of sour cream, a tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix them with the onions. Pour into the mixture half Cup of water, add salt to the gravy and bring it to a boil.
Put fried on both sides of the patties in the gravy, cover the pan with a lid and simmer for five minutes. Peel and crush the garlic clove, add it to the gravy, turn off the heat under the pan and allow the chops to stand, covered for five minutes.
