Baked beans - low calorie and quick meal. Perfect for a light dinner. Carrots and onions peel off the skin and slice. Frozen beans, place on a heated pan with vegetable oil. Then there also put chopped vegetables. Based on the tomatoes make cross-cuts. Put in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Leave for a few minutes and drain the liquid. Clean the tomatoes from the skin and finely chop. Put in the pan to the rest of the vegetables. Add the garlic, passed through a press, salt and pepper. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
