You will need
    • For the omelet:
    • 1 package frozen spinach;
    • 5 eggs;
    • 5 tablespoons of milk;
    • 2 tablespoons of sour cream;
    • a piece of butter;
    • salt and pepper to taste.
    • For the soup:
    • 1 chicken breast;
    • 3 medium potatoes;
    • 1 carrot;
    • 1 package frozen spinach;
    • 300 ml. cream;
    • salt and pepper to taste.
    • For casserole:
    • 1 package frozen spinach;
    • 400 g bacon;
    • 1 bell pepper;
    • 300 g of hard cheese;
    • 3 eggs;
    • 1 Cup sour cream;
    • 3 tablespoons flour;
    • salt and pepper to taste.

Scrambled eggs with spinach.
Take a package of frozen spinach. Pour water into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Put the spinach in boiling water for 5 minutes. In a separate bowl, whisk 5 eggs. Add to the scrambled eggs salt to taste, 5 tablespoons milk, 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Whisk the whole mass. In a deep pan put a knob of butter. In hot oil put the boiled spinach and pour in the beaten eggs with milk. Pepper to taste. Cover skillet, and cook the omelet for 10 minutes. The finished omelette cut into serving pieces, pour on top of sour cream and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Spinach soup.
Cook broth from one chicken breast. Remove meat from broth, slice into small pieces and put back into the broth. Potato and carrot peel and cut into small cubes. Potatoes before putting in the soup should be washed from the starch in cold water. In boiling water put the diced potatoes and carrots. Cook the vegetables on medium heat for 20 minutes. Add to soup packaging, frozen spinach, and salt and pepper to taste. Then add in a saucepan the cream and continue to cook the soup 15 minutes. Ready soup ladle into bowls. This soup is very useful for small children.

3. Casserole of spinach and bacon.
Boil in boiling salted water pack of frozen spinach. Take bacon and slice it into thin strips. Clean the bell pepper cored and cut into rings. In a separate bowl, whisk 3 eggs, add 1 Cup sour cream, 3 tablespoons flour and salt to taste. Hard cheese grate on a grater or chop in a blender. In refractory form put chopped bacon, top it with cooked spinach, rings of bell peppers and grated cheese. Pour all the batter. Put the dish in a preheated 170 degree oven for 40 minutes. The finished casserole serve warm, cut into serving pieces. Bon appetit.
