You will need
  • - Condensed milk;
  • - vanilla sugar;
  • - egg yolks;
  • - instant coffee;

  • vodka or whiskey;
  • - brandy;

To makethe Baileysand with a hint of coffee flavor, take 1 can of condensed milk and mix it with 2 tablespoons of vanilla sugar and 4 egg yolks. This can be done with an egg beater, but is better to use a mixer, so they will make the mass more homogeneous.

Add to the mixture 1 tablespoon instant coffee with fine granules that dissolve. Re-whisk the mixture. Continuing to work with a mixer, pour in a bowl 400 milliliters of cream. If they are very greasy and thick, you can dilute them with milk until the desired consistency.

Pour the mixture in a bottle of vodka 0.5 litre capacity. If you want even more to bring home "Baileys" to produced by the company Bailey & Co, substitute vodka for whiskey. This, however, will make the drink significantly more expensive. The last time mix well and leave for a couple of hours to liquor was drawn.

If you like a liqueur with a chocolate flavor, take a tile, natural dark chocolate and melt it in a water bath. Cool the resulting mass and add a can of condensed milk, some vanilla sugar, 300 milliliters of heavy cream. All this must blend with the blender and then pour a bottle of vodka or whiskey and mix again. Pour the drink bottles, and leave for the day.

Try a more refined recipe of this liqueur. 500 milliliters of cream, mix with a Cup sugar and two tablespoons instant coffee. Then the mixture was heat but do not boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat just to dissolve sugar and coffee.

Cool liquid to room temperature, and whisk in 4 egg yolks. Mix all with a mixer. Now add the alcohol. This recipe calls for 100 grams of cognac and whiskey. When the mixture rises, pour it into bottles.
