You will need
- trout river (3).
- onion (1 PCs.);
- Green beans, frozen (200 g);
- fresh mushrooms (200 g);
- sour cream (100 ml);
- salt;
- pepper (to taste);
- vegetable oil (100 g).

Have trout. Remove the heads, entrails and bones.

Rinse the cleaned fish under running water.

Note
To add any fat for baking is undesirable, the fish itself is quite oily.

If you are stopped for cooking in a traditional oven, it is best to wrap the whole fish or each piece in foil.
