You will need
- 500 gr. minced pork
- 500 gr. ground beef
- 3 medium onions
- 200 gr. rice
- 100 gr. mushrooms
- 0.5 cups of milk
- 1 Cup broth
- 1 Cup water
- 250 gr. sour cream
- 3 tablespoons flour
- ground black pepper
- vegetable oil for frying
Mix pork and beef mince.

Boil the rice until soft.
Mix ground beef, rice, onion, add milk, salt, pepper.
Minced knead well and roll meatballs with a diameter of about 4 cm.
The remaining onion chopped.
Mushrooms cut into slices.
In a saucepan sauté onions and mushrooms.
Put in the skillet the meatballs, pour the broth, cover and simmer on a low heat for 20-25 minutes.
In sour cream add the flour and stir to avoid lumps.
Add salt, pepper and slowly, stirring constantly add water.
Pour sour cream sauce in the meatballs, stir, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Ready-made meatballs, sprinkle with herbs.
Serve with a side dish of potatoes and vegetables.
The broth can be replaced with hot water.
