You will need
- 0.5 l. of kefir
- 4 tbsp sugar,
- flour (about 2 cups),
- 3 eggs,
- salt,
- soda,
- vinegar,
- vanilla on the tip of a knife,
- vegetable oil
Instruction

To get the right size bowl and pour a package of yogurt.

Add sugar, salt and 3 eggs. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.

Soda repay vinegar and pour into bowl with yogurt. There also add vanilla at the tip of the knife.

Separately sift the flour and add in small portions in a bowl, stirring constantly to dissolve lumps. The consistency should be like thick cream.

Put on the fire pan, pour vegetable oil and good heat. Ready put the dough with a spoon into the pan. Fry on both sides until Golden brown.

Lush, rosy and fragrant pancakes are ready, serve with sour cream, honey and condensed milk for tea. Bon appetit.
Note
Instead of soda, you can add baking powder.
Useful advice
Flour should be pre-sifted twice through a sieve, so that it is saturated with oxygen and ventilated. Sieve the need to keep high above the table. If you have cooked the pancakes for future use, they can be put into the refrigerator or freezer, having closed with cling film. Before serving, reheat in the microwave or the oven. In pancake batter, you can add berries or vegetables (e.g. grated zucchini, then get vegetable fritters).
