You will need
    • 2 eggs
    • half a Cup of sugar
    • 100 g of margarine
    • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
    • 0.5 liters of yogurt
    • 300 g semolina
    • half a Cup of wheat flour
    • tablespoon lemon juice
    • half a teaspoon of baking soda
Yolks of two eggs rubbed with a half Cup of sugar until white foam. Separately, whip the whites with a couple tablespoons of sugar until the formation of a cool foam and mix them with the yolks.
Heat the 100 g of margarine or butter until dissolved and pour into the egg-sugar mixture. The main thing to make sure the melted fat was not hot, otherwise the eggs rolled into flakes.
Add two tablespoons of mayonnaise and pour 0.5 liters of yogurt. The mass is thoroughly mixed, then pour 300 g of semolina and half a Cup of sifted flour.
Dough knead well and leave for one hour for swelling monkey. While it is brewing, prepare the form for baking of manna. Its surface is smeared with vegetable oil and sprinkle with semolina, then invert to remove excess flour.
