Baked chicken is delicious by itself, so for its preparation do not have to use any exotic foods or special seasonings. A minimal set of products that you'll need is chilled (or thawed) chicken carcass, salt and vegetable oil for greasing the pan or baking dish.

Cut the chicken carcass along the sternum or spine, rinse thoroughly and dry with a towel. If you want to get diet dish – remove the chicken skin with a layer of subcutaneous fat. RUB the chicken outside and inside with salt and (optional) spices (e.g., paprika and granulated garlic, or the ready mix of spices for chicken). Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and place it on the bird.

Place in a preheated 180-200 degree oven and bake for about an hour. When the chicken is done you can determine injections carcass with a knife or toothpick. If the incision flows a reddish liquid so the dish isn't ready yet. If the fluid is clear – the chicken is already possible remove from the oven.

If the oven's high heat on top of the chicken may start to burn on top, while remaining moist inside. In this case, you can cover her up with a piece of foil for baking.
