You will need
- olive oil;
- green onions;
- chicken broth;
- red wine;
Take a whole chicken weighing less than 2 pounds. Divide it into portions pieces, wash them and dry with paper napkins. Pour onto a hot frying pan 3 tablespoons of olive oil and fry it as many chicken pieces as will fit. You need to fry on medium heat for about 10 minutes, continuously turning the pieces so they cooked more evenly. Then add a little more oil and fry the next batch.
