In the library Office and on the website of the developer of the software offers many options of ready-made templates that the user can at any time to install, open and change at their own discretion.

To use a template, start a text editor Microsoft Office Word and click the Office button in the upper left corner of the window (this button corresponds to the menu "File"). In the ensuing menu, click "Create". A new window will open "Create document".

Note the window on the left "Templates". Select from the list the category to which meaning must be assigned template you want and select it by clicking on the desired line with the left mouse button.

Under "Installed templates," contains the templates that are already installed on your computer. Clicking on it, you will see in the Central part of the window, all the available templates of documents (templates, reports, emails, faxes).

To open one of these templates to edit, click on it with the left mouse button. In the right part of the window displays the layout of the template. Set the marker in the field "Document" and click "Create". The template opens in a new window. Edit it at your own discretion and save.

In the other category contains the templates that are on the website of software developer. To use this template, it must first be downloaded to your computer. The online library contains templates not only command of Microsoft Office, but samples from the participants of this community.

To download and open a template from Microsoft Office, make sure your computer is connected to the Internet. Click on the template with the left mouse button in the right part of the window, if necessary, read and accept the License agreement and click the "Download" button. Wait for the download of the file and work with it as with the other templates without violating the License agreement.
