You will need

- - copy of contract of training with an educational institution;
- - certificate from educational institution that the student has actually studied the period claimed for refund;

Instruction

Determine if you are eligible to receive a tax deduction for study. Have such a right working citizens — payers of the tax to incomes of physical persons. A conscientious employer deducts it from your salary and remits the tax office at a rate of 13%. That is the money paid as tax be refunded.

Remember that there is a Statute of limitations on all compensation for the study is 3 years. This means that you can exercise your right to return part of the money for education only within three years after the year in which you paid tuition. If it is more than time, you lose.
