Thermal treatments in this case are contraindicated because they can aggravate the course of the inflammatory process and its extension to the frontal sinus and the meninges.

Combine the heating of the nose with salt with other procedures – rinsing the nasal passages with saline and herbal inhalation drops (pharmaceutical or natural). The integrated approach significantly accelerates the process of recovery of its mucosa. However, any methods of treatment conduct regularly – 3-5 times a day for 1-2 weeks.

To warm nose will rascality in a frying pan large glass of iodized salt. Hot pour it in two different bag (preferably flannel) and tie tightly.
