Ingredients:
- Fresh fried chicken - 1 piece;
- Salt;
- Tomato paste - 50 g;
- Potatoes - 4 tubers of medium size;
- Pickles - 4 pieces;
- Black pepper - 5 peas;
- Water - 3 liters;
- Bay leaf - 1 piece;
- Sunflower oil - 50 ml;
- Pearl barley - 100 g;
- Smoked ham or bacon - 1 piece;
- Carrot - 1 PC;
- Fresh herbs and sour cream
- Onion - 1 PC.
Preparation:
- First will wash the legs. Sent and fresh and smoked chicken in a pot, pour the chilled water and set on fire. Cook the meat over moderate heat for half an hour.
- Wash the pearl barley. Put in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Allow to infuse for about 30 minutes, later drain all the liquid.
- Clean and opolaskivaniem potatoes. Chop cubes of medium size.
- Cooked chicken, freed from the bones and again immersed in the broth. Throw the slices of potato with barley, cook twenty minutes.
- Peeled onions finely shinkuem. Carrots also clean, then grate on a coarse grater, salted cucumbers cut into squares.
- Simmer onion and carrots in vegetable oil (from time to time don't forget to stir). After 3 minutes add tomato, stir and continue cooking for another minute or two.
- Now attach the cucumbers. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Ready zazharku put in the saucepan with the chicken. Sprinkle with salt to your taste, put the spices and cook under a lid for 10 minutes (the fire diminish to a minimum).
- Chop the washed greens. Throw in the soup and immediately remove it from the stove. When serving a hot dish will be flavored with fresh sour cream.
