Ingredients:

  • 0.3 kg small white beans;
  • 0.6 kg of smoked pork (preferably with small streaks of fat);
  • 1 tbsp starch;
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste;
  • 2 tbsp olive oil;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 2 bulbs;
  • 2 Bay leaf;
  • 10 peas of black pepper;
  • 1 tsp of dried thyme;
  • 1 tsp dried dill;
  • ¼ Tsp. ground white pepper;
  • salt to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Beans pour into a deep plate, a good rinse, cover with cold water and leave to swell one night.
