Assigning designations for THAT. Designation of Technical conditions in Russia has the following form: TU 1234-567-890АБВГД-2013, where "1234" is the first 4 numbers in the national classification of products (OKP); "567" is a sequence number THAT; "890АБВГД" code of the developer THAT according to the national classifier of enterprises and organizations (OKPO).

Safety requirements. Describes the technical requirements that take into account all the possible hazards identified in earlier phases of product development. These requirements must ensure product safety throughout the lifetime of the product. Requirements should include:fire safety requirements; requirements for protective means and measures to ensure safety; electrical safety requirements; requirements of explosion safety; radiation safety requirements; security requirements from exposure to chemicals and contaminants; safety requirements for maintenance of machinery and equipment.

The requirements of environmental protection. Specify in this section: requirements of different kind of influences (chemical, mechanical, radiation, electromagnetic, thermal and biological); requirements for resistance of polluting, toxic substances in the environment; requirements for disposal and to the disposal of hazardous products and wastes.

Rules of acceptance. Describe the procedure for monitoring products in the stages of internal control, or show a product to the customer. Bring all the existing test program: receiving the acceptance, standard, periodic, on reliability. Describe what should be done with products that are not tested. Set the frequency of different kinds of tests.

Methods of control. Describes the methods of testing specified in the rules of acceptance. In General, each method consists of a number posledovatelna operations: sampling, equipment, space, testing, preparing for testing, conducting tests, processing of results.

Transporting and storage. Contains requirements to ensure product integrity during transportation. Lists the possible ways of transportation: air, road, river, sea or rail.
