Bread Apple pie with apricots and apples
This recipe is suitable for those who do not want to mess with the test. Instead of the usual test used here is the regular white bread.
You will need:
- 150 grams of dried apricots;
- 150 ml of water;
- 150 grams of sugar;
- 1.2 kg of apples;
- teaspoon ground cinnamon;
- 16 slices of bread;
- 100 gram of butter;
- 100 grams of apricot jam or jam.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with a diameter of about 20 cm of oil.
Apricots wash in hot water, place it in a saucepan, add about 70 grams of sugar, pour water and put on fire. As soon as the grains of sugar dissolve, add in syrup, sliced peeled apples and continue to cook until until apples are soft.
Mix the cinnamon with the remaining sugar. Cut off pieces of bread crust, brush the inside with butter, sprinkle with mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Put the bread in the bottom of the form (each slice should go overlap) as well as the walls. The resulting "bread bowl" fill in the apricot and Apple mass and put it into the oven for 30 minutes.
At the end of the pie remove from oven, brush top of the apricot jam and place in the oven for another five minutes.
Apple pie with apricots, plums and apples
You will need:
four apricot;
four plums;
- one large sour Apple;
- 200 grams of butter;
- 300 grams of sugar;
- tablespoon of honey;
- two eggs;
- 100 grams of flour;
- 1.5 teaspoon of baking powder;
100 grams ground almonds;
- teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- 150 ml of milk.
Grease a baking dish with oil. Apricots and prunes wash, remove pits. Apple wash, remove the seeds, the fruit cut into small slices. 150 grams of sugar mix with 75 ml of water and cook from a mixture of Golden caramel (keep the sugar syrup on low heat for at least 15 minutes).
On the bottom of the form pour caramel syrup, and on it put slices of apples, plums and apricots.
Whisk the softened butter with the remaining sugar until white and not stopping to whisk, add to the oil weight eggs. Sift the flour, add the ground almonds and baking powder, then mix it with the oil mixture. To the dough add the milk and vanilla, stir and pour the mixture of fruits in the form.
Bake the pie for about 50 minutes at 180 degrees. The finished cake drizzle with honey.
Apple pie with apricots: a recipe
You will need:
- 400 grams of canned apricots;
- 150 grams of butter;
- half Cup sugar;
- teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- two eggs;
- Cup of flour;
- teaspoon of baking powder;
- 350 ml of yogurt.
Gently Pat dry canned apricot halves (place them for 30 minutes in oven preheated to 50-60 degrees).
Beat the butter with sugar, add to the mixture the vanilla extract and eggs, then whisk again.
Add the sifted flour and yoghurt, mix. Put half of the dough on a greased cookie sheet in advance, on the dough put half of the outline, then pour all remaining batter.
Place the form and cake in the oven for 40 minutes (oven temperature - 190 degrees). The passage of time, remove the cake from the mold, cover it with a towel and let cool for 15 minutes.
