Baked notothenia



To prepare the baked notothenia will need the following ingredients: 300 gr fish, 100 ml of milk, half of the onions, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 50 g cheese, salt to taste, fresh parsley.

Notothenia comes in the form of carcasses with cut head and tail. So enough before cooking to defrost the fish, remove the remaining scales and rinse well under running cold water. Carcass dry with paper towels.

Fried notothenia



For fried notothenia will need the following ingredients: fish, breadcrumbs, salt, spices, vegetable oil for frying.

The prepared carcass is rubbed with salt and spices and leave alone for a quarter of an hour. In a dry frying pan pour vegetable oil and heat it over high heat. Fish roll in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides until Golden brown. Served fried nototenia to the table with a side dish of boiled potatoes.

Soup of notothenia and salmon



Products needed for cooking: 3 carcasses of notothenia, 3 potato tuber, 2 carrots, 2 onions, 50 g of millet, black pepper, Bay leaf, salt to taste, fresh dill. For the broth you will need fins and head trimmings salmon

In a pot pour 2.5 liters of water and put on high heat. In the water, put the trimmings with the head and fins of salmon. To prepare the soup will be approximately 20 minutes. This time is enough to prepare vegetables.
