The capabilities of the netbook
In order to be able to distribute the Internet from your netbook, it must be installed Wi-Fi module. In fact, this module is a conventional radio transmitter. Another condition of possibility of transmission of the Internet signal is to support a network card in your netbook technology Virtual Wi-Fi. Further, if the netbook has an operating system installed Windows Starter, then transfer it to fail, because this operating system does not contain technology Virtual Wi-Fi.
Creating an internal network using Wi-Fi
So, in order to organize the internal network, using your netbook as a transmitter, it is necessary in the command line type:
netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=<The NAME of WIFI NETWORK> key=<PASSWORD> keyUsage=persistent
After pressing Enter the computer will create a new device that can be seen in device Manager. The new device will have the name "Adaptor mini virtual port WiFi Microsoft. If the device list of all devices does not appear, you can try to update the drivers for your network card and repeat the procedure on the command line first. If all goes well, you can continue. In the list of network connections should see a new wireless network connection. It must be enabled in the context menu that appears when you right-click on the wireless connection. This operation will need to do this every time after restarting the netbook. So it makes sense to create a shortcut for this connection.
Association network connections
At this stage, your netbook is able to connect other devices via Wi-Fi network that you can test on any other device. However, these devices do not have Internet access on your netbook. In order to fix this, you need to make your Internet connection shared for the new wireless connection. To do this, open the properties of the main network connection, go to the tab "Access" and tick the "Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet". The configuration can be completed. From now on, your netbook will work as a transmitter.
Note
This connection method is not suitable if you need to connect to the Internet using your netbook using a mobile phone on the Android OS using a standard application. This is because the Virtual Wi-Fi means a type of AES encryption, not TKIP, which is used in the Android OS. The solution to this problem is to use a special application for Android OS.
