According to article 11 of Federal law No. 171-FZ of turnover of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products can be carried out not only by organizations but also by individual entrepreneurs. Do I need a license to sale beer in catering?



To fear additional costs in the implementation of beer in catering is not necessary, because the activity is not subject to licensing. It is included in the list of exceptions contained in paragraph 1 of article 18 of Federal law No. 171-FZ.
