You will need
- - onions-1 piece (preferably a large one);
- - milk 150 ml;
- - flour 100 g ;
- salt 1/2 tsp.;
- red pepper 1/4 tsp.;
- - vegetable oil 0.5 liters.

The rifling of the onion into thin slices. In the process separate it into rings.

In the glass, mix salt, flour and pepper.

Pour onto a baking sheet with vegetable oil and place in preheated oven to 190 degrees.

Pour into a separate bowl of milk.

Dip onion rings first in milk and then in flour mixture and put on preheated baking sheet in the oven.

Prepare our rings to form on them a light brown color.

Spread the cooked onions on a paper towel or paper napkin, to butter glass.
