- 4. Sugar – 130 grams.
- 5. Berries (fresh, frozen, compote) – 300 gr.
- 6. Vanilla – 1 packet

First prepare the base for our pie dough. It is cooked on the classic recipe: sifted flour mixed with baking powder and frays with soft butter into crumbs.

RUB the egg with sugar and continue to stir, until the sugar crystals completely dissolved. Enter the egg into the butter-flour mixture and knead the dough not stick to hands and is elastic. It must stand in a cool place from an hour or a little longer.

Curd (preferably homemade) is triturated with sugar and eggs. Removed from the refrigerator dough, roll out to a thickness of 0.5 – 0.7 mm in the form of our pan. If you are sure that the cake in the oven burning, the pan just needs grease, otherwise it is better to shoot the bottom with an oiled parchment.
