Click "start" to bring up the main menu system and navigate to "All programs" to run the tool for automatic updates of the Windows operating system.

Open the link to Windows Update on the left side of the application window and use the check box on the "Include recommended updates when downloading, installing, or notifying me about updates" under "Recommended updates".

Click OK and confirm the use of selected changes the admin password of the computer in the query window.

Return to the main menu "start" and click "Execute" to cancel auto reboot after installing the downloaded updates.

Enter the value gpedit.msc in the Open box and click OK to confirm running the tool "group policy Editor".

Open the link to "computer Configuration" and navigate to "Administrative templates".

Select "Windows Components" and go to "Windows Update".

Double-click on the field "do Not perform automatic restart for automatic updates installations" and click the OK button to confirm the selected changes.

Return to the menu "start" to start the service, support and other services necessary for the normal functioning of Windows Update.

Enter the value of the services.msc in the Search box and press Enter to confirm the command.

Call service menu, the following services, double click:
- background intelligent transfer service;
- cryptographic services;
- automatic updates;
- event log.
Next, click the "start" button for translation services in the state.
