Sift the flour.
In sour cream add the sugar, salt, softened margarine, beaten egg. Mix well.
After mixing stir in sifted flour and soda.
Knead the dough.For the filling:
Finely chop the meat and fry in a pan until Golden brown.
Wash, peel and grate the carrots.
Peel and dice the onion.
Fry in a pan the vegetables and mix with meat.
Salt and pepper the filling.Divide the dough into 18 balls. Roll balls and place on each filling.
Form a triangular samosa.
On top of each brush with egg.
Put everything on a baking sheet and place in a preheated 200 degree oven.
Bake at this temperature for 20 minutes.
Samsa it is better to eat freshly cooked, it is delicious and juicy.
