How to make sea buckthorn oil
Sea buckthorn is full of vitamins and minerals. From fruits of sea buckthorn, you can prepare the butter, which should be in every medicine Cabinet. Instruction
Freshly harvested sea buckthorn separate from branches and leaves. Rinse thoroughly under running water, drain in a colander and drain well.
