Run your Opera browser by clicking the shortcut on the Desktop or in the list of programs by pressing "start". When the browser has loaded, open a new tab. To do this, click with the left mouse button on the "+" button in the right part of the tab bar, or press Ctrl-T.

Next, you need to paste the path from clipboard by Ctrl-V and enter from the keyboard the name of the file operaprefs.ini (if you have an older version of Opera, instead operaprefs.will ini opera6.ini ). Add one more quotation marks and command line in this example will look as follows:
CMD /R DEL "C:\Program Files\OperaPortable\Data\Opera\profile\operaprefs.ini"

Now switch back to the browser window Mozilla. Shut down. This can be done by pressing Alt-F4 or click the icon to close the window with the left mouse button. Specify the possible confirmation of the completion of the program.

Return to the previous window where you entered the command. Press Enter or "OK". The command to remove the options file settings Opera to be performed.

Start the Opera browser once again. Not finding the settings file, it will create it anew, and all options will be returned to its original state.
