- 3.5 cups of wheat flour
- 1.5 cups of milk or whey
- 2 yolk eggs

- 100 gr. spread
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- for dusting:
- 0.5 cups of wheat flour
- 50 gr. butter
- 0,5 Cup sugar
- butter for greasing bread rolls

Dissolve yeast in one Cup warm milk (30 degrees) pre-dissolved in the milk sugar. Leave for 5-10 minutes, until the surface will appear foam.
