Exercise # 1. Sit back, try to relax and breath. Close your eyes and imagine white as milk, cool water, which is like a waterfall, falls on your head and slowly flows down to the tips of your toes. Then imagine as if this water slowly drips into the funnel, located on the floor. Take a deep breath and open your eyes.

Exercise # 2. Wet hands with cold water and apply them to the neck. A gentle circular motion for 30-40 seconds massage your neck and shoulders, gradually increasing the pressing force of the hands. Then within 30 seconds, reduce the pressing force. Then rinse the neck with cool water.

Exercise # 3. Grab a towel, squeeze it very much and as much twist as if wringing out. Clench your teeth, shut your eyes tight and try to maximally stretch the muscles of the body. After 25-30 seconds will dramatically drop the towel on the floor and relax your muscles.

Take 1 tablespoon of the collection of hop cones, Valerian root, bean trefoil leaves and peppermint, pour a glass of boiling water and allow to steep for 30 minutes. This decoction should be consumed every day for 1 hour before bedtime.

Take 1 tablespoon of the collection from the petals of white roses, white gladioli and white Phlox petals, pour a glass of boiling water and put in a cool place for 5-7 days. Take this tincture in 1/3 Cup 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.

Take 2 tablespoons of the collection of 5 grams of Valerian root, 50 grams of oregano, 12 grams of flowers of hawthorn, 12 grams of peppermint leaves and 12 grams of stems of Melilotus officinalis, pour 0.5 liters of boiling water and allow to steep for 1 hour. Take the decoction 2 times a week 1 glass.

A great, calming the nerves, is honey. Dissolve 2 teaspoons in 1 Cup of hot milk and drink before bedtime. You will not only rest, but also a great nights sleep.
