You will need
    • For boiled potatoes with chicken:
    • — 7 large potatoes;
    • — 200-300 g of chicken fillet;
    • — 150 g of cheese;
    • — 1 tbsp sour cream;
    • — 1 onion;
    • — vegetable oil;

    • For roasted potatoes with chicken:
    • — 600 g of potatoes;
    • — 300 g chicken fillet;
    • — 1 onion;
    • — 3 cloves of garlic;
    • — 2 tbsp of mayonnaise;
    • — vegetable oil;

    • ground black pepper
    • Bay leaf
    • greens-to taste.

Boiled potatoes with chicken will filoteria potatoes with their skins until tender. Let cool and peel. Cut each tuber into two equal parts. Carefully using a teaspoon, remove the middle, to get the potato "cups".

Chop onions and leftover potatoes. Chicken fillet wash and dry on a paper towel and then cut into small cubes. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and saute the chopped onion and chicken. Add the sour cream, dill and potato "midway". Add salt, pepper. Mix the ingredients and fry for another few minutes.

Grate cheese on a fine grater. Form for baking grease with vegetable oil. Choose dishes such sizes that the potato "boats" located in it close to each other.

Salt each potato half. If desired sprinkle with ground nutmeg. Fill potatoes with chicken filling and place into shape. On top sprinkle with grated cheese.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and place the marinated chicken fillet. Add the potatoes once the chicken starts to brown. Set the fire to the average value, the pan cover and cook the potatoes with chicken until tender, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped dill, green onions.
