- head end 22;
- - knob;
- - screwdriver.
Instruction

Install the vehicle on a flat, level surface and block the wheels stops. Rubber bulb to collect the brake fluid in the brake system.

Loosen the hose clamp and remove the fittings from the brake master cylinder (GTZ) flexible hoses. Mark their position relative to the GTZ.

Take the special key 10 to the brake pipe, which has an enlarged head, Unscrew the three fitting brake pipes and put the past aside. Use the Allen wrench 13 with extension to undo the two nuts of fastening of GTZ to the brake vacuum amplifier.

Remove it from the vehicle brake master cylinder. Secure it in a vise and disassemble. Turn over the EGC and remove the two retaining screws that hold the pistons, key 12. Remove them together with sealing washers.

Take the tap wrench and the end head 22 and Unscrew the tube from the housing GTZ. Remove it together with the spring and sealing washer.

Remove the Cup from the piston rear brakes, and then spring o-ring. Remove it in Assembly with the spacer ring and seal rings.

Take a screwdriver and slide the actuator piston front brakes (PPT) for disassembly. Remove the washer and o-ring from the housing GTZ.

Remove piston return spring PPT. Then remove the Cup, and then the retention spring that holds the o-ring.

PPT to remove the piston Assembly from the spacer ring and seal rings. Take a thin screwdriver and pry out the lock washer. Remove it and pull from the housing GTZ fitting with gasket.

Remove piston rear brakes (DAT) o -, then a spacer ring. Remove the piston (PPT) seal, then the spacer, and after the second o-ring.

Inspect the condition of the housing and the piston gtts. Burrs, cracks, etc. defects on the working surfaces is not acceptable. Rubber protective cap should be free of breaks and cracks. Rinse the parts in brake fluid and assemble GTZ in reverse order.
