This dish is pecan pie and cheese "Gouda", which can be prepared from the following set of components:
- parsley (for decoration);
- sifted wheat flour (160 g);
- freshly ground pepper, salt, nutmeg, grated (to taste);
- hazelnuts chopped (120 g);
- onions green arrows (2, beam);
- margarine or butter (160 g);
- fat cow's cream (160 g);
- eggs with orange yolks (5 pieces);
- whole milk (210 g);
cheese "Gouda" (210 g);
rashers (210g).
In a large bowl put ground nuts, wheat flour, double-sifted, butter, softened (126 g), one small pinch of salt, pour two tablespoons of chilled water, mix all ingredients and then knead the dough of plastic consistency.
The dough should initially roll into a ball, then into the fridge to put in about an hour. Thin rings chop the green onions, pour in the pan, fry in remaining melted margarine or butter. Small cubes dice the ham, chop or grate cheese "Gouda", mix together both components.
Roll the dough not very thin layer, the diameter of which should be approximately 30 cm, place it in the baking dish, which diameter smaller than the layer of dough at 4 cm In a few places the layer of dough should prick with a fork, then put the filling, level it to the inside of the bend protruding edges of the cake.
Heavy cream, whole milk, remaining eggs beat together very thoroughly, add the grated nutmeg, ground pepper and salt to taste, obtained beaten egg mixture to fill the pie. To 200 degrees to heat the oven, put the form with a pie on the lowest level and within forty minutes to bake it. You can decorate the cooked pecan pie and cheese "Gouda" finely chopped parsley.
