Pizza with mushrooms, sausage and peppers

You will need:
- 10 grams of fast-acting yeast;
- a teaspoon of sugar;
- 1.5 cups of warm water;
three cups of flour;
- teaspoon of salt;
- a little vegetable oil;
- 300 grams of sausage;
- one bell pepper (any color);
- three tablespoons of canned sweet corn;
- 200 grams of mushrooms;
- 300 grams of pickled tomatoes;
- two cloves of garlic;
- salt and pepper;
- 200 grams of cheese mozzarella.
In a jar, pour warm water (or milk) and dissolve in it the yeast and sugar (in the recipe you can use pressed yeast, however, cooking will take longer). Leave as long as the water does not appear dense muddy foam. On the working surface sift the flour mound, make a well in the centre of the small deepening and pour in the butter and yeast mixture, add salt and carefully knead the dough. As soon as the dough will become smooth and supple, and will cease to stick to hands, roll him a ball and place in a greased deep container. Close the dough with lid and place in a warm place.
While the dough rises, peel and chop the garlic, then lightly fry it in vegetable oil. To the pan to garlic, add the tomatoes, season with salt if necessary and pepper, simmer sauce 10 minutes after it is boiling, not forgetting it while constantly stirring. In a separate pan fry the mushrooms (for pizza it is best to take fresh mushrooms, and only oyster mushrooms or chanterelles). Fast pizza with sausage and mushrooms
You will need:
- ready pizza crust (you can buy at any store);
- 300 grams of sausage;
- 100 grams of mushrooms;

- one ball of mozzarella;

- half a Cup of cheese Gouda;
- some green onions.

Pizza in a pan: recipe
You will need:
- pizza dough (recipe given above);
- 200 grams of sausage;

- one bell pepper;
- 150 grams fresh mushrooms;

- 250 grams of any hard cheese;
- a glass of tomato sauce.
Prepare the pizza dough and sauce (recipes above). In a pan pour some oil and fry the pre-sliced sausage until Golden. In a separate pan fry the chopped mushrooms and bell pepper for five minutes. Roll out the pizza dough, cut the cake, the diameter of which is slightly larger than the diameter of the pan. Cook the pizza until until cheese is fully melted. For faster cooking in the recipe you can also use a complete basis, as long as its diameter approached the diameter of the pan.
