You will need
- chicken fillet – 1.5 kg
- green peas – 400 g.
- onion – 1 PC.
- carrots – 2 PCs.
- leeks – 1 PC.
- garlic – 4 cloves
- white sparkling wine – 1 liter
- brandy – 1 shot
- ham – 300 gr.
- flour – 200 gr.
- olive oil – 250 ml.
- salt
- black pepper – 50 gr.
- Bay leaf – 50 g
- parsley – 300 g.

Chop coarsely beef, carrots, onions, leeks, garlic and place in a deep bowl, put the Bay leaf and black pepper. Pour to the same of brandy and a liter of sparkling white wine. Cover bowl with cling film, put into the refrigerator and marinate for 10-12 hours.
